Summer glau

Firefly was the next Whedon's hit show, and it's safe to say that she had an impact. Summer Glau was very good at handling the complex role of River Tam. The character of Tam was made to take part in government experiments in which she was trained to be an assassin. Tam's emotional control was removed as a direct result. The show Firefly Glau was able to show off not only her acting ability but also her fighting skills. Glau's training as an assassin allowed her the opportunity to use every aspect of her athletic ability. Summer Glau, a trained classical ballerina. The injury to her right foot but it was her broken toe that brought the end of her dancing career. Firefly featured only one episode but it became a massive success. This was so intense that Whedon went back to it just a couple of years after. Summer Glau was still getting good work during the time.
